PWA Enhancement with Local Storage & File Organization

I'm working on a Progressive Web App (PWA) built with Vite and React in Visual Studio Code. I need assistance in adding a few features, including one that allows saving uploaded files to local storage or best alternative, by user.. The goal is to ensure these files persist for the user upon their next visit to the PWA.
