I am seeking a talented architect or designer to create a *modern minimalist façade design* for my *25-year-old house*. The goal is to update the exterior while preserving the integrity of the structure. I need a design that transforms the house into a sleek, contemporary look, or alternatively, explores *light modifications* for a *new classic design* that’s proportional and stylish. *Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work:* 1. *Review Attached Photos:* - Analyze the current façade based on the provided photos of the existing house. - Offer expert advice and suggestions for either a *full modern minimalist design* or *minor modifications* to achieve a *new classic design* that aligns with modern aesthetics while keeping the house's character intact. 2. *Design the Façade:* - Focus on *creating a minimalist exterior* that includes the main entrance, outer walls, garage, and lightening. - Consider using *cement board on a steel frame* as the primary material, inspired by the reference photos I’ve attached. 3. *Provide Detailed Drawings:* - Deliver an *elevation plan* and *dimension drawings* for the entire façade, which is approximately *8.5 meters* in Length & 15.6 Width . - Ensure the elevation includes all aspects of the façade design, including materials, layout, and proportions. 4. *Matching Design Elements:* - Design a *cohesive elevation* that integrates the exterior, the main entrance, garage, and overall look, ensuring the design is proportional and modern. *Ideal Skills and Experience:* - *Proficiency in architectural design software* (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). - Strong understanding of *minimalist design principles* and modern architecture. - Proven track record of designing *modern façades* and producing *detailed elevation plans*. - Previous experience working on similar remodeling or facade redesign projects is a plus.
