Modern Residential Building Design

This project work is for designers based in Brisbane, Australia. I'm looking for a creative architect or designer who can conceptualize modern residential building design for two houses on the one residential lot. Key Features: - The design should incorporate large windows, allowing ample natural light and a connection with the outdoors. - An open floor plan is essential, promoting a sense of space and fluidity throughout the home. - A minimalist interior is a must, focusing on simplicity and functionality without unnecessary clutter. I have completed floor plans and front elevations for the two designs. The first house is a raise and renovation of the existing property, as well as building a new dwelling addition underneath. The second house is for a brand new home at the back of my property as part of the strata development. I am looking for a team who will create relevant designs from my initial concepts and create final design drawings to submit for council approval. Note the final designs are mine to own and may not be used for future projects unless I provide permission to do so. Must be QBCC accredited for this Queensland, Australia based project. Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience in designing modern residential buildings. - Strong portfolio showcasing designs with large windows, open floor plans and minimalist interiors. - Excellent communication skills to understand and incorporate feedback. - Proficient in using design software and tools.
