Telegram Community & Gamification Expert - Build Competitive Chatters Group

We are looking for a Telegram community builder and automation expert to create a tiered competition-based chat group for OnlyFans chatters. This project involves setting up a structured Telegram group with multiple tiers, automated verification, tournament systems, engagement bots, and security measures to prevent poaching. The goal is to create a self-sustaining ecosystem where top-performing chatters compete in daily, weekly, and monthly challenges, with high-performing individuals being recruited into our OnlyFans agency. This is a one-time project with the possibility of ongoing work if needed for maintenance, optimizations, or expansions. Scope of Work: 1. Telegram Group Creation & Structure Setup Set up a public Telegram group using Topics to organize different access levels: ? Public Chatters (Entry Level) ? Gold Chatters (Verified Pros) ? Platinum Chatters (Top Earners) ? Diamond Chatters (Elite Players - Invite Only) Configure admin and user permissions for different tiers. Set up onboarding automation for new members. 2. Bot Integration & Automation Install and configure bots to automate verification, moderation, and competitions: @RoseBot – Moderation & anti-spam. @Combot – Leaderboards & activity tracking. @Shieldy_bot – Prevent bot/spam entries. @Vortex_bot – Auto-promote members based on performance. @GiveawayBot – Automate competitions and prize distributions. Set up a Zapier integration (or alternative) to connect Google Forms to Telegram for verification submissions. 3. Verification System Development Create a Google Forms / Typeform submission system where chatters must submit: Telegram username Screenshot proof of earnings from Inflo/FansMetric Highest single purchase & monthly earnings Verification against set thresholds for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers. Automate admin notifications when a verification request is submitted. 4. Tournament & Gamification System Implement daily, weekly, and monthly competitions with automated tracking: Daily Challenge: Highest single purchase of the day. Weekly Challenge: Most total purchases. Monthly Championship: Highest total revenue generated. Use bots to track results, announce winners, and distribute prizes. 5. Security & Anti-Poaching Measures Configure time-based promotion rules (e.g., users must spend 30 days in Gold before accessing Platinum). Implement bot monitoring for suspicious activity, such as mass DMing or link drops. Restrict job recruitment discussions to admin announcements only. 6. Community Engagement Strategy Develop a content plan for daily discussions, Q&A sessions, and knowledge sharing. Set up a referral system where members get rewarded for inviting verified chatters.
