Performance QE Lead (ERP Testing) in India - French or Polish speaking preferred

Job Title: Performance QE Lead (ERP Testing) Job Type: Part-Time (Freelance, 20-25 hours per week, Ad-hoc basis) Location: Remote in India Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Performance QE Lead to oversee and manage performance testing initiatives across multiple teams and projects. This part-time freelance role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership, managerial, and technical abilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality performance testing solutions. The ideal candidate must have deep experience in both client-side and server-side performance testing, as well as expertise in both monolithic and microservices architectures (REST API & Kafka). Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management (80%) Lead and coordinate performance testing efforts across teams and stakeholders. Develop and enforce best practices for performance testing strategies and frameworks. Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for performance testing initiatives. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration of performance testing processes. Mentor and guide teams in understanding and implementing performance testing techniques. Act as the primary point of contact for performance testing within the organization. Technical Responsibilities (20%) Design, implement, and execute performance test strategies for different applications. Analyze and interpret performance test results using monitoring tools and provide insights for system optimization. Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in both monolithic and microservice architectures. Utilize appropriate tools and frameworks for performance testing and monitoring. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Required Skills & Experience: Technical Expertise: Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, Lighthouse, PageSpeed.io. Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, DataDog. Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins. Strong understanding of retail industry performance testing requirements. Hands on experience with REST API & Kafka testing. Experience in SAP, Dynamics, ERP performance testing. Leadership & Communication: Proven experience in a Test Lead role, with a focus on managing teams, mentoring resources, and overseeing test execution. Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate effectively across teams. Ability to work independently, manage workloads efficiently, and meet deadlines. Languages: English & French required, Polish is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in retail or eCommerce performance testing environments. Hands-on experience with cloud-based performance testing solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
