I'm looking for an expert to help me manage my sales team. This role will involve tracking performance, training and development, as well as incentive planning. I currently use software tools to monitor the team's performance, but I need someone who can help me interpret the data and make strategic decisions to improve our sales outcomes. Performance reports should be generated on a weekly basis. Focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies to boost revenue growth. The sales team consists of 11-50 members. Focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies to boost revenue growth in the local market. The training programs should prioritize cross-selling techniques. The primary goal of this project is to significantly enhance team performance. Regular meetings should be scheduled to communicate and update on the project's progress. Focus on outbound sales strategies to reach and engage new prospects.
