I'm seeking a professional architect or designer to create a captivating 2D and 3D elevation plan for my 300 sq.m plot. The design should embody a modern, specifically Scandinavian, style with a clean, minimalist approach. Key design requirements: - North-facing plot with a 3m setback on all sides - A contemporary design featuring 4 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a big hall, a Pooja room, double height spaces, and balconies with seating areas - An incorporation of leisure spaces, including a gym, a pool table area, and a backyard seating area complete with a barbecue space and water bodies - A unique wooden staircase concept - A cinema room Additionally, the exterior should predominantly use glass and stone have more sustainable approach creating a sleek and modern aesthetic.
