Cold Calling Germany: Lead Generation

I'm seeking a motivated cold caller with experience in lead generation to reach out to small businesses in Germany, and offer them cleaning services. For begining calls to approximately 30 companies in a radius of 10 kilometers are needed. List with Companies and contact information will be provided. The primary goal of this campaign is to generate leads, and I would specifically like to understand: - The business needs of these potential leads - Their interest in my products - Arrange potential Object Visitations Skills in understanding and articulating business needs, as well as a knack for sales and product promotion, will be crucial. Experience in cold calling and lead generation, particularly targeting small businesses, will be highly valued. Fluency in German is a must.
