Android App for Dual UVC Camera Input & Recording

We are looking for an experienced Android developer to create a test application with the following features: Requirements 1. Support for two external UVC cameras (connected via a USB-C hub). 2. Simultaneous recording of both cameras, each to a separate file. 3. Lag-free preview of both camera feeds on the main display. 4. Built with Android 14.
