3D House Model & Render from Architect Plans

I need a skilled 3D modeler to create and render a 3D model of house plans I have in PDF format. The plans were created by an architect and are intended for community approval. The model should encompass both the interior and exterior, with a focus on the basic layout for the interior and the base level of the structure for the exterior. Key Requirements: - 3D modeling and rendering of house plans - Basic layout of interior (walls, doors, windows) - Exterior showing just the base level of structure - Display of color schemes in architectural language The aim is to showcase the finishes and design intent clearly.
