Android App for Customer Push Notifications

I'm seeking a skilled Android developer to create an app that sends push notifications to our customers. The app should include: - Google Sign-in with Mobile Number Validation: Create a option to change google signin or Mobile Number. Firebase will handle validation. - API for Notifications: Develop an API to send messages, including images, to selected users based on their mobile numbers. - Two Chat Windows: One window for a two-way chat box posting messages to our webhook, and another for sending important notifications. - Predefined Keywords Page: A page containing our product and service-related keywords from our database. - Settings Page: A settings page allowing users to select their ringtone or mute options for both chat windows. - Create a log page displaying a history of all push notifications received by the user. - Provide a dark mode option in the settings page for better user experience. - Add user analytics to track user engagement and interaction within the app. The notifications will primarily consist of transaction alerts and important updates, with a need for separate categories for different types of notifications.
