I'm looking for a skilled and confident cold caller to reach out to real estate agents. The primary aim of these calls is to entice prospects to accept more information (via email) about our exclusive marketing program, which will ideally lead to the prospect booking a demo.
Make sure to include a VOICE RECORDING please - script below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to real estate agents with the goal to send them more info via email through our form.
- Emphasize the key benefits of our program: Details will be forthcoming if you are accepted
- Script provided
- Calling list provided
- Phone number and power dialing system provided
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in English with American, Canadian or British accent - A MUST
- Confident and friendly when speaking with strangers
- Proven experience in telemarketing, and sales - knowledge of the real estate industry is helpful.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to articulate program benefits persuasively.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and persist in achieving goals.
- Experience in scheduling meetings and demos would be a plus.
The freelancer will make 50 calls on one day. This project is a test to see how well you do and based on that more work will be forthcoming, possibly a full-time position. This should take about 2-3 hours to accomplish.
We'll provide a spreadsheet for tracking and submitting a report on call activities and conversion rates.
Cold calls should be made during standard business hours only, EDT.
