Sales & Distribution Agent for Agriculture Produce

With a strong focus on international market expansion, we are looking for a dynamic Sales and Distribution Agent to drive our export operations and build robust relationships with Chinese Clients. Job Summary: The Sales and Distribution Agent will play a key role in expanding our international market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless distribution of our agricultural produce. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of both domestic and international markets, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for agriculture and trade. Key Responsibilities: • Market Expansion: o Identify and research potential export markets and clients. o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. • Client Relationship Management: o Establish and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and key stakeholders. o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product information. • Sales Operations: o Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients. o Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports. • Distribution Management: o Oversee distribution channels to ensure optimal market penetration and product availability. • Market Intelligence: o Provide feedback and insights to the product development and marketing teams. • Administrative Duties: o Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and distribution logistics. o Prepare detailed sales forecasts and assist in budget planning. Qualifications: • Must have previous experience in sales and distribution in Agriculture Produce. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
