Description: We are looking for a skilled 3D visualizer to create a highly detailed 3D model of a single-family house using Archicad or another professional 3D architectural software. The model should include both exterior and interior elements, featuring realistic textures, lighting, and material details. Project Requirements: High-quality 3D model of the house with accurate architectural details. Video walkthroughs of both the exterior and interior showcasing different angles and perspectives. An interactive feature that allows us to modify and test different materials (flooring, walls, furniture, finishes, etc.) over a period of six months. 50 modifications included, allowing us to adjust materials, lighting, or minor design changes with re-rendering when necessary. Expertise in rendering software such as Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Lumion, or similar, to create an interactive and dynamic visualization of the home.
