Editable 3D Scan Model Creation

I have a 3D scan of a mechanical part that I need to be cleaned up and turned into a model that can be easily edited. Ideal candidates for this project should have: - Experience in 3D modeling and CAD software - Ability to work with high detail scans - Previous work with mechanical parts - Excellent attention to detail I have an .stl or .obj file from a scan and picture to work with
