WordPress Woocommerce Site Streamlining and Simplification

We are looking for an experienced developer to convert our current WordPress Elementor WooCommerce website into a simpler format without relying on costly subscription add-ons. We are looking to eliminate the need for online payments and do not wish to conduct ecommerce transactions anymore. We do want to retain the user registation and order history of the current system. We also want to simplify the electronic form submission. The current system relies upon several addon products requiring annual subscriptions. We would like to remove the requirement for these addon products and simplify the functionality and reduce the cost of maintenance of the website. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WooCommerce, Elementor, and WordPress, and be able to streamline our site while maintaining its core functionalities. Your expertise will help us enhance user experience and reduce operational costs. Other addons being used include Formidable Forms and Uncanny Automator - although as mentioned before, these products are being used for very rudimenary purposes and we are seeking to eliminate the need for them or replace them with low/no cost replacements. Basically, we have user registration, and a service "order form" that allows us to collect some information and keep it as an "order." All financial transactions are done in person and do not need to be conducted on our site anymore. We do not wish to make major design changes or significant cosmetic changes. Primarily our goal is to simplify and streamline and reduce the burden of the ongoing subscriptions for the addons that we currently have. Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed in the past. Just a note, this website is related to firearms. If you have personal feelings against firearms, we ask that you not propose or comment. We have attached some screenshots of the firearm transfer form and the ammunition transfer form so you can get an idea of what information is being collected as well as to see the simplicity of the form.
