WordPress Plugin Developer: Saving Images to Temporary Gallery

I need a WordPress plugin that will allow the website visitor to 'save' or 'heart' images (using the NextGen gallery plugin for albums), and then allow the user to email the saved images to themselves via link. The link will be temporary and will also be sent to the website owner so both the customer and the website owner can review the chosen images.
