Luxury Real Estate Telecaller Needed

Hello dear friend, I’m real estate agent in Dubai (UAE), my niche is high end properties 10 mln USD + looking Telecaller Executive (Real Estate).

I need to add 100 properties to Propertyfinder (UAE equivalent of Zillow). Ready, turn key properties in the following areas: Emaar beachfront, Bluewaters, JBR, Palm Jumeirah villas, Royal Atlantis, Port La Mer, Madinat Jumeirah living, BVLGARI, Nikki beach, Mamsha Saadiyat, Marsa Arab,

I’m looking for hard working virtual assostant.

Make outbound calls to potential clients (owners of expensive villas and luxury apartments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi); aim is to promote our real estate services; main goal is to persuade Owner to list their property with us on Propertyfinder/Bayut. After they agree to list with us their property you collect from owners copies of title deeds, Emirates ID, phone, email; all the above you send to our Propertyfinder (largest web portal) Admin who make the property listings live.

If you can not persuade the owner to list property with us via phone or chat, schedule appointments for member of the sales team to visit Villa/penthouse and meet owner to sign agency agreement that will enable us to advertise property

I am willing to pay for results, not for hours spent calling. 70 USD per each property owner who agreed advertise with us; and to provided title deed, Emirates ID or passport if they don’t have ID, email, mobile phone and pictures of the property.

50 USD for each appointment with seller set.

Based on the goal 100 properties listed on PropertyFinder (Zillow equivalent), your income for this project will be around 5000-7000 USD.
