Job Title: AI Voice Bot Developer for Cold Outreach & Ticket Management Integration Description: Hyperion Tech, a website and app development company, is seeking an experienced developer to create two AI-powered voice bots for distinct business functions: 1. Cold Outreach Voice Bot • The bot will make outbound calls using data from a provided spreadsheet. • It should engage prospects with a natural conversation flow and book calls with interested parties, updating a designated calendar (e.g., Calendly or Google Calendar). • The bot must handle common objections and redirect unqualified leads appropriately. 2. Ticket Management Voice Bot • The bot will serve as an inbound solution where clients can call a dedicated number. • It will collect and process enquiries, automatically logging them into Zoho Desk with all relevant details (e.g., client name, issue description, urgency level). Requirements: • Proven experience in developing AI voice bots with natural language processing (NLP) capabilities. • Knowledge of integrating bots with CRM systems (preferably Zoho Desk) and scheduling tools. • Ability to manage data securely, especially when handling sensitive client information. • Experience with cloud telephony platforms (e.g., Twilio, Google Dialogflow, or similar). • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design efficient, user-friendly workflows. Deliverables: • Fully functional AI voice bots for both cold outreach and ticket management. • Integration with Zoho Desk and calendar/scheduling platforms. • Testing and debugging to ensure smooth operation. • Documentation for bot workflows and integration processes. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous work on similar AI voice bot projects. • Familiarity with Zoho Desk API and automation. • Experience working with Australian clients or businesses.
