CMM Web and Mobile App development

Hi, I'm looking to convert CMM to an application with the following features ordered by necessity with the top 3 being the most important for now. Need help with some other coding items but wanted to get this project in motion and can fine tune the code as we go

Main coding issue - having Airbnb, VRBO and all travel site bookings to feed automatically. The guest who booked yesterday was from Airbnb and we then have to manually add to CMM to track all data and calendars on our backend for direct bookings and other sites mixed together into one calendar.

I need all bookings to auto sync to the system / owner / calendar / automation immediately upon booking confirmation.

WEBSITE TO APP FEATURES:

Traveler portal - organize their trips, application processes, and plans

Owner portal - full transparency and ease of use to view bookings, block calendar, share their unit, track maintenance repairs and invoices, etc

Cleaner portal - scheduling and tracking of payments

Booking / searching capabilities for new travelers who share the app anyone can view inventory live calendars

Reservation info / revisions / payments

Maintenance requests - vendors can easily track their work, upload invoices, schedule appointments

Excursion bookings / incentive network - connecting our travelers with local businesses and giving them discounts for things they do while in town.

The application should be built using JavaScript/Node.js. Please prioritize integrating the Airbnb API first. The preferred timeline for project completion is 1-3 months. The initial focus will be on developing the web platform first. The application should be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms. The portals will have standard, pre-built designs with minimal customization. Please prioritize the development of the Booking portal first. Please include social media login options for easier access. Additionally, I need help with user authentication coding items. Please design the user interface with a modern and minimalist aesthetic.
